The Social Mission Alliance (SMA) conference is an interprofessional forum that aims to advance health equity and social justice through health professions education. Each SMA conference brings together hundreds of clinical educators, administrators, clinicians, trainees and students from around the world to convene, collaborate and engage on top issues facing our society, including social determinants of health, community engagement, reducing inequities, workforce diversity, and value-based health care.
Since 2012, the Social Mission Alliance has brought together educators, administrators, clinicians, trainees, and students to transform health profession education in pursuit of health equity. Join us as we gather for our eighth national conference, For Us All: Transforming the Health Workforce, from March 30-31, 2026 in Los Angeles, CA at the Sheraton Grand Hotel.
For the first time, the Social Mission Alliance will host the 2026 conference with special partner organizations to help guide and connect the conference to the local community in California.
Are you an organization local to California and are interested in becoming a partner? Contact us at info@socialmission.org.
We are honored to welcome Keynote speakers who are nationally recognized social mission experts.
